Hey, I'm Julia.
I'm a wedding & elopement photographer based northern VA
I work full time as an emergency/trauma nurse
I married my highschool sweetheart and we survived 6 years of military life with the Marine Corps
I wrote a cookbook during quarantine
Proudest accomplishment: I have family in Ukraine. So when the war broke out in 2022, My mother, myself, aunt and cousin all operated, funded and supplied a refugee camp in Western Ukraine (where my family lives) and helped thousands of Ukraines fleeing war.
My goal with photography is to capture that feeling of butterflies in your stomach, gooey heart eyes when looking at your significant other and the full belly laughs so much so that you can hear your laugh & feel your love through your photos.
My style can be described as "documentary", colorful and candid.
